Do you keep my art on file?

Absolutely! We maintain a comprehensive record of your artwork for hassle-free reordering and seamless utilization on various products.

Where do I send my artwork?

To submit your artwork, kindly respond to your order confirmation email by attaching the necessary artwork files. Our team will take care of the remainder of the process. Alternatively, you may directly email us your artwork along with your order number.

Is it possible for me to specify a Pantone Matching System (PMS) color for my imprint?

Yes, it is indeed possible to indicate a Pantone Matching System (PMS) color for your imprint. Please note that there are a few products where achieving an exact match to your chosen PMS color may be challenging. Nevertheless, we are committed to delivering a color as closely resembling your desired shade as possible. To proceed, kindly send us the color specifications via email, and our team will collaborate with you to create a product that fulfills your requirements.

Could I review a proof prior to production of my order?

Certainly! Once your order is placed, we will promptly provide you with an ‘e-proof’ for your review and approval prior to moving forward, except in the case of an exact reorder.

Will I be charged set-up fees?

Typically, there are no charges for set-up or plates. However, in certain circumstances, set-up charges may be incurred to create the screen, die, or any other necessary items necessary for imprinting your customized logo.

Is it possible to place an order for quantities smaller than those stated?

Typically, the indicated minimum quantity is the mandated minimum. Nonetheless, we highly recommend reaching out to us in case you need a lesser quantity, as we would be glad to extend our support if feasible.

May I please request a sample?

Certainly! We are pleased to provide you a sample of the item(s) you are interested in. Our sample service is provided free of charge, however, a shipping fee will apply. The primary goal of our sample service is to assist individuals who are genuinely considering a purchase or seeking inspiration. Please note that we reserve the right to decline sample requests at our discretion, although this is rarely necessary.

Shipping & Delivery

Local Production

Our current product creation process for local production typically requires 8-10 business days once your design is confirmed. The delivery time, however, may vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen for your order.

Overseas Production

For overseas production, it takes 10-14weeks.  In regards to delivery time, this can vary according to the destination and method used to ship your order.  Be sure to contact us in advance if you have a deadline.

Shipping Fees

To obtain a shipping quote, please contact us at 416-297-5881 or send an email to info@addprintingpackaging.com. The shipping cost may vary depending on the destination and quantity. We also offer special shipping discounts for larger orders.

Shipping Destinations

We provide shipping services to all locations within Canada.

Self Pick-up

Instead of having your orders shipped, we offer an alternative option to pick them up directly from our warehouse. Kindly notify us in advance if you would prefer to choose this method for order collection so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Monday to Friday, between 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM except holidays.

Payment

Do you charge tax?

At present, ADD Printing & Packaging takes charge of collecting GST/HST and all necessary provincial taxes for orders dispatched to Canada. In case your organization is eligible for exemption, kindly provide the applicable tax exemption or resale certificate to our Sales Representative. For additional details, please refer to the website of the relevant tax agency.
